Home Inspections
Inspectors will usually discover some issues needing attention. This sample home inspection list reflects what components the certified inspectors at Spaulding Home Inspections check. Pictures are taken of any defects or key points and included in the report which is available the day after the inspection. A verbal summary is always offered at the inspection to better communicate any findings and allow for questions.
